About the Journal

AHKAMICA – Journal of Shariah and Muamalat KIAS is an academic journal published by the Faculty of Shariah and Muamalat, Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic University College (KIAS). The journal serves as a platform for scholarly works in the fields of Shariah and Muamalat, covering areas such as Islamic law, fiqh and usul al-fiqh, maqasid al-shariah, muamalat, Islamic economics and finance, as well as halal management, with attention to contemporary issues.

AHKAMICA adopts an approach that links classical Islamic scholarship with contemporary discussions and applications. All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process. The journal is published biannually (June and December) as an online, open access journal using the Open Journal System (OJS) platform.

 

AHKAMICA – Jurnal Syariah dan Muamalat KIAS ialah jurnal akademik yang diterbitkan oleh Fakulti Syariah dan Muamalat, Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Ismail Petra (KIAS). Jurnal ini berfungsi sebagai platform penerbitan ilmiah dalam bidang Syariah dan Muamalat yang merangkumi undang-undang Islam, fiqh dan usul fiqh, maqasid al-syariah, muamalat, ekonomi dan kewangan Islam serta pengurusan halal, dengan penekanan terhadap isu-isu semasa.

AHKAMICA menghubungkan khazanah keilmuan Islam klasik dengan perbahasan dan aplikasi kontemporari. Semua manuskrip melalui proses penilaian double-blind peer review. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali setahun (Jun dan Disember) secara atas talian menggunakan platform Open Journal System (OJS).
